Dr. Syed Afzal Ahmad is an academic professional with over 10 years of teaching experience and 3 years of corporate experience. He has been serving as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Business Management, Integral Business School, Integral University, since 2016. He holds a Ph.D. from SRM University in the area of investor perception and corporate reporting, along with an MBA in International Business and Finance from Amity Business School, Amity University. He also cleared the UGC-NET for lectureship in 2013.

Dr. Ahmad's research interests encompass investment analysis, banking, corporate financial responsibility and ethics. He has authored 17 research papers in SCOPUS/ABDC/WOS and UGC-listed journals, contributing significantly to his field. Additionally, he has published three books on corporate financial reporting and strategic decision-making in emerging markets. His innovative edge is demonstrated by three filed patents, addressing online fraud prevention, customer behavior monitoring, and blockchain applications in banking. He is currently supervising four Ph.D. research scholars and has supervised more than 35 Masters and Bachelors dissertations. In his teaching role, Dr. Ahmad specializes in investment analysis, Financial services, Fintech, financial management and banking services, teaching both undergraduate and postgraduate programs. His administrative acumen is evident in his role as Program Coordinator for the Doctoral Program, and he actively contributes to several university committees, including those for NAAC / NBA / NIRF accreditations and a core member of HRDC at Integral University. Beyond academics, Dr. Ahmad is a life member of the Lucknow Management Association and Manager of University Social Services which is dedicated to wards social cause. He has presented seven papers at national and international conferences. He is committed to continuous learning, having participated in numerous FDP/QIP/PDP/STC along with OP/FIP/RC , enhancing his expertise in research, pedagogy, and leadership. Through his extensive research, teaching, and leadership roles, Dr. Ahmad is a key contributor to the field of management education, academic rigor, and commitment to student development.
